ATTENTION:
Beginning in January of 2007, significant changes in the law will affect the way cases involving child support are processed in the Courts. 
Special attention should be given to the USCR 24.2 changes and the associated standing order requirements.

This web page will be a resource for both Uniform Superior Court rule changes affecting domestic law and for local rules, standing orders and operating procedures relating to these changes.

FL 1.3 Addendum to Order awarding child support - 
(initial determination) This addendum will be required to meet the mandated form of support orders described in the new child support statute.

FL 2.    U.S.C.R. 24.2 changes.
Please note that the Uniform Rule 24.2 has been revised and the forms have undergone substantial revision.

FL 2.3. Domestic Relations Pretrial Order Form

This form is different from the general civil pre-trial order form. It is required in all contested domestic cases and the parties must submit a proposed consolidated domestic relations pre-trial order prior to the scheduling of any final hearing.

When one party fails to cooperate with the consolidated proposal or the parties can't agree on the consolidation, a conference with the judge should be scheduled pursuant to U.S.C.R 7.1.
