DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

While court personnel are not allowed to give legal advice, the Clerk's office may have the forms you need to file petitions under the Family Violence Act,which you can read about by clicking here.  To see if you qualify for a Family Violence Protective Order or a Stalking Order, click here.  You may download forms from the Georgia Clerks Authority website. 

The North Georgia Mountain Crisis Network has representatives who may be able to assist you in Court and offer other services.  Click here to visit their website and obtain their contact information.
